Revolut Business to MT940 in 3 steps
- Export the statement. Download CSV from Revolut Business. Newer Business accounts also offer CAMT.053 (XML) — if you can get that, you can import it directly without converting.
- Enter IBAN and BIC. The EUR balance uses an LT-prefix IBAN with BIC REVOLT21. Automatic BIC lookup covers NL, BE and DE, so enter this one manually.
- Download the MT940 file. Create a ledger per currency balance so the sub-accounts stay separable in your accounting.
