Convert transactions from payment providers to MT940 or CAMT.053 and import them into Yuki.

Importing payment providers into Yuki

Yuki is an online accounting platform widely used by accounting firms and SMEs. In addition to regular bank statements, you also want to process transactions from payment providers such as AMEX, PayPal, Stripe and Mollie. Yuki accepts MT940 and CAMT.053 for bank statement import via Bank > Afschriften importeren.

A major advantage of Yuki is that the platform automatically matches transactions with outstanding invoices. This also works for imported payment provider transactions, provided the description or amount matches.

Importing American Express (AMEX) into Yuki

American Express provides transaction statements as CSV or Excel. Yuki cannot read these directly, but via conversion to MT940 or CAMT.053 you can import them easily.

  1. Download your AMEX transaction statement via americanexpress.com as CSV.
  2. Upload the file in StatementBridge.
  3. Map the columns: Date → Date, Amount → Amount, Description → Description.
  4. Enter an IBAN for your AMEX account (e.g. NL00AMEX0000000000).
  5. Export as MT940 or CAMT.053.
  6. Upload the file via the Yuki Postbus or send it by email to yourdomainname@yukiworks.nl.

Tip: Yuki automatically recognises the file as a bank statement and matches transactions with outstanding invoices based on amount and description.

ICS provides credit card statements for Visa and Mastercard as PDF or CSV. For import into Yuki:

  1. Download your ICS transaction statement as CSV via icscards.nl.

  4. Enter an IBAN for your credit card account.

  6. Upload via the Yuki Postbus or by email.

Note: use the transaction date (not the processing date) for correct matching in Yuki.

Importing PayPal into Yuki

PayPal provides transaction statements as CSV with columns such as Gross, Fee and Net. Yuki cannot process PayPal files directly.

  1. Download your PayPal transactions via Activity > Download Reports as CSV.
  2. Upload the file in StatementBridge.
  3. Map the columns: Date → Date, Gross → Amount, Name → Counterparty name, Subject → Description.

  5. Export as MT940.
  6. Upload the MT940 file via the Yuki Postbus.

Tip: Yuki automatically matches PayPal transactions with sales invoices when the amount matches. Use Gross (gross amount) as the amount column for a correct match.

Stripe offers payout reports and transaction overviews as CSV via the dashboard.

  1. Go to the Stripe Dashboard and navigate to Payments > All transactions.
  2. Click Export and download as CSV.
  3. Upload the CSV file in StatementBridge.

Mollie is a widely used payment provider for Dutch webshops and provides payout reports as CSV.

  5. Enter the IBAN of your Mollie account.
  6. Export as MT940 or CAMT.053.
